I came in on 8/4 and my app was glitching out for my birthday drink. The team that was in there all was super nice and helpful, I think the girl that took my order was Madison, seriously thanks for being understanding and being human.
Usually it's on point, but today they got my order totally wrong after waiting longer than usual.
The recent lower reviews here are silly, my dudes. This starbies location is filled with the most wonderful and chipper staff. You can tell how well managed this place is. I have to constantly remember to take out cash for the sole purpose of tipping these people. When I was cruising through the drive thru on my way to chemo, they were so fundamentally kind and cheerful that they made me feel like life was worth living without ever knowing it.
