Horrible customer service here. I put an online pick up order 15 minutes before showing up . When I get there more order still isn’t ready and stood by the counter waiting for another 15 minutes and still haven’t got my drink. A representative asked me if I had a order and proceeded to look it up and said I’ll be right with you and still hasn’t done anything about it
