Terrible. Got to the place at 11:00am ordered a mocha frappe grande. Didn’t get my drink till 12:52. This place is over crowded. Workers could care less. And they make random drinks nobody ordered. Don’t come here.
This place has awful workers. My order is always an hour late. They clearly are understaffed. Today on 11/9/25, people have asked about their order and Retail Manager, Donesha Roby has given many customers unacceptable attitude and made rude remarks.
