This place has awful workers. Twice I have been here and they gave me the wrong order both times. When I correct them they have an attitude.
I ordered an iced matcha latte through the mobile app at 10:20 AM, and it said it would be ready for pickup at 10:40. I had a class at 11, so I thought this was perfect timing. So I showed up to the Starbucks a few minutes before 10:40 and waited. 20 minutes pass and they haven't even started to make my drink yet. If I could rate this negative stars I would. Seriously the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of something (one time they were out of WATER. Apparently a plumbing issue but you’re not supposed to keep a food service place open if you don’t have sufficient available running water… hello OSHA violation??) or multiple things at a time.
