Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes today, person kept telling me to give them a second like how many more minutes do you need me to wait? Ridiculous

Was told to come inside after going through the drive thru twice because my drink wasn’t ready yet. Walked inside and it was done within 30 seconds…why did I have to come inside and get out of my car? Are your drive thru times more important than inconveniencing the people who keep you in business? On top of that you got the order WRONG. Terrible service
