I love the personality of Starbucks staff. I also love when Starbucks staff suggests or offers ideas to change my drink. 9 times out of 10 they make an improvement.

I mobile ordered a matcha latte and it turned out nothing like a normal matcha latte. It was just all white milk with clumps of matcha. I was honestly so disappointed, and if I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would’ve asked them to remake another. Maybe don’t let every barista make drinks they aren’t competent in.
