I hate when business say they are open until 9p but actually close the doors between 8:50 and 9p. Hours of operation should be as posted online!!!!
Corner Cafe as part of a strip mall. Energy from staff was fair. Will welcome you to the location upon entry, but the welcome can seem lethargic or generic and routine based on the staff you deal with. Tried a hidden menu item which seemingly confused the person taking my order a bit. Overall, an ok experience considering other locations I've visited and the residual thoughts or experiences afterward
I don’t review very often, but I’ve had the worst possible customer experiences at this starbucks. I’ve had other delays in orders here before, and yes it can get busy, but staff being rude is unnecessary. The employee, whose name I was told is Connor, started my simple black coffee order, the proceeded to forget about it and make orders for multiple people who ordered behind me. They recently remodeled so that the sinks and hand dryers for the two bathrooms are part of the main dining space. As someone sensitive to sound, this was very irritating while waiting 20 minutes for my drink (even though there was no line in the store!) because they were busy making so many mobile pickup orders. Think of this as a pickup only location.
