I have been visiting this café daily for the past month and a half while my son has been in the hospital across the street. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite visiting regularly, I have only received the correct drink order twice. I've overheard staff discussions about who is making the drinks, and it's disheartening to hear them respond rudely when customers request specific preparations. Hice un pedido de un café y un sándwich, me cobraron el café dos veces y me di cuenta fue cuando llegé a mi lugar de destino (porque había pedido el recibo) y llamé en reiteradas ocasiones, siendo imposible la comunicación, más temprano habia realizado otro pedido y puse mi teléfono para que se escaneara mi aplicación (en las dos oportunidades) pero al revisar para corroborar el cobro extra, las compras no estaban en la aplicación, la cajera simplemente no le importó y no me dijo que no se estaba escaneado
