Service is typically great at this location, but recently it has been exceptional. My last three visits have been the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Jay provides outstanding customer service and truly prioritizes connecting with customers. She creates a welcoming, positive experience every time, and I always leave this site wishing every Starbucks visit felt like this.
Can’t get into the building to even order food unless you have a badge. Would’ve been nice to know before walking over from Riley.
