Until recently, I went to this Starbucks up to 5 days a week and sometimes twice a day. Their former staff were wonderful, always friendly and my orders were accurate. Over the last couple months, the staff has changed and so has the quality of service. My order is wrong most of the times I go (ex: I ordered falafel multiple times and was given the wrong food 3 days last week) and my drinks are made differently every time I go (ex: frozen tropical citrus energy drink but not blended or missing strawberry puree or both).
