The lady with short hair was very rude!we went there to order drink and she was already in a bad mood and she looked really annoyed!she really ruin the mood!
5-7 mins for pickup, not even close. They will start your order, and then it will sit incomplete while they cut to make Kroger employees ahead of yours even when your standing there first too. Late to work every time! Avoid in the morning if you don't have extra time.
Barista Nicale is so rude. Didn’t even greet me just stared when I walked up to order as if I was an inconvenience to her. Ordered a grande iced white peppermint mocha. I was given an iced mocha that was in a Venti cup half full. Super strange since I asked for a grande size. When I told her that was the wrong order, she gave me the dirtiest look and asked me if I wanted her to remake it. Decided to give them one more chance it’s currently 7:34pm and two teenagers (one male one female) are here just standing behind the counter as they tell me they’re closed and that they close at 7:30. But the time now states 8:00pm everywhere online…. Kroger needs to stop hiring these lazy ass kids that don’t want to work!!
