Decided to give them one more chance it’s currently 7:34pm and two teenagers (one male one female) are here just standing behind the counter as they tell me they’re closed and that they close at 7:30. But the time now states 8:00pm everywhere online…. Kroger needs to stop hiring these lazy ass kids that don’t want to work!! Seems like Starbucks staff almost everywhere is superb, accommodating, and warm and friendly.
A bit of an odd location but the service was fabulous! One thing that is lacking in too many establishments these days. No complaints.
Barista was cleaning and refused to help us
Refused to take an order because they were closing in 20 mins Update: everyone employed here is poorly trained at making the beverages also do not ask for extra anything in your drink they will just make it the normal way
