I ordered a grande shaken espresso in a venti cup and asked for an extra splash of oat milk. Not only was I dismissed when I waited for her to stop and ask what I needed the barista stopped talking to me and someone else came over. No one deserves to be talked down to. Especially over coffee. I didn’t want extra shots just oat milk which is free.
Fresh review, around 10 minutes ago I ordered a large smores frappe! Along with the venti strawberry cardiac refresher for my granddaughter! The woman helping me was a middle aged white woman who knew what she was doing with experience and class, made my drinks for me and my granddaughter in less than 3 minutes with perfect sizes! No complaints from this lady here! Her tone was lovely and she wrote a beautiful note on my cup! Thank you for being lovely and making our day have an amazing day! The one you deserve smiles all!
