This is not how matcha should look like it’s pure milk. I asked for light ice and it looked like 3 pieces of ice. It also melted right away which makes sense but the drink tasted like foam and milk not matcha at all.
Ive gone to this location few times because its most convenient location from my house, coming into town. But this twice now I've gone and order a iced carmel protein matcha and its made wrong. Either its hot when it was order cold or its a latte instead of the matcha thats is posted as a specialty drink in the drive thru menu display! Is it just me? Am I getting punked?? Should I speak louder?!? I just want my cold protein matcha made right!
No better way to start the day than with egg bites!
Don't splurge often. Had gift cards from holidays and gifts. Ordered on app several times. Waited for over 20minutes for order. Not even morning rush hours. Food items were cold. Looks like it was thrown in the bag. Had to ask for it to be reheated. This is consistent. This location used to be great. It is horrible. Add in rudeness.
