Terrible location with incredibly rude and nasty staff. Would not make my drink or refund me. Then stood there cussing me out and sassing me while I requested a refund on the Starbucks app. No manager to speak to on the phone and no name tags on the employees. This location also up charges for everything on the menu. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The cashier (Sunday 9/29/24 @ 8:04am) was rude. It would have been nice if he took his ear pods out so that he could actually hear me and take my order AND get the order right. I asked for help on my app as I didn’t have my glasses and he said “I don’t know how to navigate on the app.” Seriously…you work at Starbucks. We will never stop at this Starbucks again.
