More than 25 people were lined up to place an order and almost 20 people were waiting for pickup their orders. I ended up and left the queue after waiting nearly about 20 minutes but the best part was employees were working really hard. 5 stars only for their employees. 0 star for the business owner.
bad attitudes. Wife just wanted a water (or even just a cup) but they made her buy something (I had her card at our gate), thankfully somebody behind her got her an overpriced lemon loaf so she could get the water...
Lynn was my server and got my order correct. Store was clean and would go back to this store when I returned to Indianapolis.
Flew out early this morning and stopped in like I normally do before a flight. Today was extremely busy, way more than normal for Indy. The Indiana game going to Miami and I believe other sport competitions made for longer than normal lines everywhere. The workers were making drinks and food as quickly as they could with both in store and mobile orders flying through. There were also two new employees which adds to the stress.
