Deron was amazing !! he really made our day so good, he was the only one keeping the vibes up and fun!!! he did amazing
Took forever and drink was not made correctly didn’t have time to get it corrected. Says computer system down and doesn’t take cash
Terribly understaffed. Cashier paused the line just before my order was taken to catch up on preparing the 10 previous orders.. only two other staff members were washing dishes or prepped food. Waited for 10mins for cashier to take my order and had to give up and leave as I had a flight to catch.
The staff was extremely impolite. I tried to pay with my Starbucks card linked to my credit card to earn rewards, but the cashier refused to scan it. Even after I explained, she raised her voice and became hostile. Totally unprofessional experience
