I placed the order and was waiting on my coffee. The ladies at the counter were busy chatting. Four of them. One was working. When I asked what is going on, one of them told me with attitude that they were busy and if I wanted to she can ask her manager to come talk to me. She decided to be texting her manager instead of actually serving customers who were waiting. The manager never came at least while I was still waiting. This review is for the B gates. Terrible employees. Lazy, incompetent, and can't even run a register. Cashier refused to take Starbucks app payment after waiting in line for 10 minutes!
awful experience. not friendly at all. took 30 minutes to get my drink.
Trash location. Out of ingredients, and then when they suggest an alternative, they give you nothing similar to your original order. Then you ask for a correction, and they basically hand you the mixers so you can make the drink yourself. They ask for your name at the register, and then when your order is ready, they shout NO NAME…..terrible
