The description for an iced shaken espresso states that it is made with oat milk. Why would I have to tell them to make it with oat milk? It says that already. They had to make the drink three times, because the staff made it with 2% milk which I gave it back and asked that they make it with oat milk as described, then they made it with whole milk, so I again sent it back and asked why they are not making it with oat milk as described in the drink menu, and they told me I have to ask for that. I wish I could give 0 stars. I completely understand the amount of people who come through this airport can be overwhelming, but customer service should NOT go out the window. I wish I was kidding when I waited 20 plus minutes for my food and drinks STILL missing a breakfast sandwich. When I went to inquire about my order she said she didn’t have it and didn’t know where it was.
