Very disappointing visit. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were rude. I spoke with the manager, but she didn’t care or make any effort to fix the issue. What makes it worse is that I wasn’t the only one, many people in our convention group had the same negative experience. This location clearly has serious customer service issues and does not reflect the standard you’d expect from Starbucks.

Is Starbucks shrinkflationing us? I ordered a grande matcha latte and my cup was half full and mostly foam. I haven’t experienced this in other Starbucks. I noticed it when I picked up my cup and it seemed lighter than normal. I was already walking quickly away, so noticed the weight change when I was already down the hall and heading back to my function otherwise I would have gone back. Took forever, my food was cold by the time I got my drink. And the hot chocolate was terrible. It tasted just like hot water with no chocolate.
