I had a good experience at the coffee shop. They are consistently good at what they serve here.
Never waited so long very unfriendly
This a crazy location no online ordering in morning you have wait an hour just to order and other 30 minutes to get food.
Very disappointing visit. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were rude. I spoke with the manager, but she didn’t care or make any effort to fix the issue. What makes it worse is that I wasn’t the only one, many people in our convention group had the same negative experience. This location clearly has serious customer service issues and does not reflect the standard you’d expect from Starbucks.
