Took forever, my food was cold by the time I got my drink. And the hot chocolate was terrible. It tasted just like hot water with no chocolate.
I always have an amazing experience at Starbucks! The coffee is always brewed to perfection, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Whether I'm grabbing my favorite Caramel Macchiato or trying something new, the quality never disappoints. The atmosphere is cozy and great for both work and relaxation. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a delicious drink and great service!
Horrible service! Took 25 minutes to get a drink (iced matcha) and it was very poor quality
I understand that it’s a busy location, but some things stand out as adding to the frustration of waiting 30 minutes. The baristas were chatting so much with each other that the slowness was exponentially longer. One of the baristas barely said the name on the cup and no one could hear her. There was at least 20 bags of food and 15 drinks waiting for people. They should have stopped and called out the names again for those who may not have heard it the first time.
