Lol same experience as many others. Took 30 min for food. I saw it on the counter for 10 min getting cold. They don’t do the orders in order, they have tags and they place those tags on the splash guard behind the counter. And then work them from front to back. But they place them from back to front. And keep adding them. So the unlucky back doesn’t get their food. I saw them make it and had to wait another 10 min for them to do “a bunch” again before they brought them to the counter. Valerie made my drink I asked for light ice she didn't do that.i asked for whipped cream she told me it would be an extra charge as she gave me my drink the drink was spilling everywhere she didn't even wipe it .then when I told her I wanted light ice she said oh so sorry! Very rude dont come to this starbucks unprofessional I usually order starbucks everyday and they have never charged for whipped cream !
