Although the place is clean they have QR code advertisements to join Starbucks rewards but you can’t even use them at this location. They have the scanner and all at the register and this is double points week. To me it’s false advertising and you don’t really get the benefits.

I had put a mobile order online with a drink, and I added raspberry syrup to the specific drink and unfortunately when I got there, there was no more raspberry syrup, but luckily Dominick was able to help me find a good substitution and he was very nice at the window!! Even though I didn’t get what I ordered, I still was very happy when I left with the substitution and the customer service!

I went to get a drink for the long ride home after visiting my husband on the evening of 9/7. The two young ladies working the shift were rude. The young lady who rung me up was very impatient she displayed this attitude towards myself and my friend. When i approached the second one I had asked if I could get classic sweetner for my drink, she looked at me and said it's sweet enough. I wanted to slash back, but I did not.
