I’m glad I’m not the only one who has had issues at this location. It used to do so well, and just feels like it’s gone down hill a little bit. I always try to be understanding, patient, it seems it may be understaffed as well. I waited in line for way too long, to then get to the window and the man double checked what I ordered. Then proceeded to ask me 2 more times what I had ordered (even after paying), just to make me the wrong drink. I was very frustrated 🙃
Drive-thru area is messy getting to Starbucks as well as the line to the speaker. Starbucks is off a main street with cross traffic at a stop light not willing to let you in by keeping the driveway open. Or your vehicle may stick out the driveway blocking street traffic at the light from proceeding straight. Too much for a small, busy area to use drive-thru or turn into.
Terrible drive thru. Employees have no idea what they're doing Never got my coffee. Was told they didn't have it and to cancel the order from the app. Which you can't actually do. Never got my money back. Terrible customer service.
