There were no issues with picking up the car. However, it was a very old car, and when the exhaust fell off while I was driving on the highway 8 miles south of town, they were uncertain how to handle the issue. I said I would try driving it to town. While returning to town, a nice couple flashed me over and told me the dragging pipe was throwing sparks and offered me a ride to the rental office. We called weeks ahead to reserve a rental car only to find out that they are closed on Sundays. They were super nice and made arrangements to allow us to rent a car on Sunday, the only day we were going to be in that town! Everything went perfectly, and we were able to drive around the island to see all those wonderful sites! We couldn't have enjoyed that wonderful day without Star Vehicle Rental. Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate us.

Had a dilemma got to airport no car had been booked although had a confirmation email but luckily it was sorted however we had to travel to lerwick by bus to pick up our hire car
