Star Pizza is the star – I go to this cozzy place a lot, and love it! The pizza is great and the environment is even better, with a group of friends or a casual date. Personally, I like the original better then the one in the Heights, but to each his own.
wrong crust – Excellent toppings but crust needs to be chewy. Roasted garlic and Greek salad best of there food
houstons' original pizza – great food and atmosphere.... prices are moderate and the original location make it the place to go for pizza
pizza in style – They have any type of pizza you would ever want. The waiters & waitresses are absolutley awesome and some of the most friendly people. I would recommend Star to my grandmother and my best friend... You just can't beat it!
Pizza has no pizzazz – I wasn't impressed. I would have liked more herbs in the sauce and a thinner crust.
Slice of heaven – The best pizza in town. Just got to love it. Fresh warm and Yumi.
5 stars – excellent pizza - creative use of ingredients - great wheat crust - the caesar salad is great
Star's lunch buffet the best – Star's pizza is consistenly great with the freshest ingredients around. They offer GREEN olives on their pizzas, which are not available at most normal pizza joints. Their lunch buffet is the best around by far, with lots of pizzas with interesting combinations of toppings and lots of veggie choices. The salad bar is not to be skipped, either... try their vinagrette dressing.
yucky crust – I really dislike the whole wheat dough. It is especially bad as leftover pizza. The toppings are great and so is the sauce, but the dough's gotta go.
