Lunch Buffet – All you can eat pizza salad and Iced Tea for $6.50. What a deal. Add in the fact that the Pizza is outstanding and how can you go wrong.
Life Altering – My husband had never been to Star-I recommended the spinach/garlic pizza-he thought he had died and gone to heaven-(He is 100% Italian)Now he wants no other and we live 15 miles from the nearest store! They sometimes get too much garlic, but the last time it was perfect!!! They need to build one in Missouri City!
Top 5 in Houston – Not sure where the negative ratings are coming from for Star, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. My wife and I have ordered countless times from Star as have a ton of our friends...we've always had great pizza. The deep dish wheat crust is awesome! The Starburst is our favorite pizza (minus the onions as they put a lot on their at times). Great location to eat especially sitting on the deck with great fall or spring weather. Enjoy!

Superb. – Everything about this restaurant is exciting -- and they use unbleached flour to boot.
Amazing – Star Pizza is a non-rushed custom pizzeria with the best ingredients, staff, and ambience. If you want a quick meal, go to the Wendy's across the street. If you want fresh roasted garlic and a pizza with wonderful custom toppings, come to star pizza. And yes be ready to wait.
Poor taste makes for Bad Pizza – Not sure why people always rank this place high for Pizza. I have visited almost every place in town and it always ranks at the bottom of my list. The quality of toppings is decent, but the flavor and texture of the pie has been horrible for years. Not to mention the restaurant looks like a run down beach house inside and out. Less cheese is a GOOD thing – To all those people who complained of not enough cheese, don't you know that cheese makes you FAT?!! Star pizza is geared toward HEALTHY pizza lovers. For those going for lower carbs, I think their New York style thin is great -- not so thick as their chicago style deep dish that you almost have to eat with a fork, yet is not cracker thin either.
