Donna was amazing, listened to all my concerns and gave me exercises to do at home to prevent further pain. Thanks to her I walked 26 miles for charity with no pain after previously being in pain after just a few miles! Thank you so much !
Donna fit me in last minute for a neck injury I had, and I'm so grateful. She had worked out where my pain was coming from via our communication over WhatsApp, and really released the stiffness in our session. Her home studio is the perfect space to be worked on. I'd highly recommend Donna!
Had many osteopathic treatments and soft tissue massage therapies over the years and always came out feeling bruised and often in more pain afterwards than before. Being a trained physiotherapist Donna knows her stuff, applies enough pressure to undo those muscle knots without causing further discomfort. Definitely going to be returning on a regular basis and recommend highly.
