I've never had such a crappy no chip manicure. The technician I had didn't even put the polish all the way to my cuticle resulting in my brand new manicure looking grown out. I did not notice until the manicure was done and I didn't feel like having the entire process repeated. Then six days later the polish is curling up on the sides. It is completely lifting off my nail bed! Clearly he didn't know how to prep my nails before applying the polish. I'll go elsewhere next time.
Not sure what has happened I’ve been here a million times never left so unhappy my nails look terrible and the gentleman who did them made me feel so rushed and he was rude when I asked for certain things I got one ring of colors that were just your typical red blue purples and pinks I said I was looking for something a little more fun started naming off things I’ve done example the chromes and holographics his reply was we don’t do those here this is what we have.... then every time someone walked by he would say something ... read more
I never make an appointment. I walk in and usually get seated within 10 minutes. The techs are all great (at least the ones I have had). One time my nail chipped but it was 2 weeks after and I was going the next week anyways.
I love this place, I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there!
What a waste of money and time. Less than 8 hours after polish applied its all ready chipped off- and all I did was walk to car, drive 2 miles home. Remove my flip flops and walk around the house barefoot. Manicure (no chip- has marks on it) looks like she painted over cotton ball fuzz. Worst part my tech did not speak over the volume of a whisper. I kid you not! I could not hear a word she said. And it wasn't just me. Anyone that cameby to talk to her had to lean in and ask HUH more than once. Over priced and not very good.... read more
