They always do a great job. Just walked in and they got me in pretty quick in spite of being very busy.
Have been a customer for years. Paid for a no chip that only lasted four days. Went in to show them that the polish came off, it was right before closing so they asked us to come back tomorrow — prior engagements prevented us from being able to return the next day. They MADE AN APPOINTMENT for us to come back at the end of the week. Showed up and they refused to Re do the manicure because we waited to long to come in. Seriously??? Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed

My poor daughter went there to have her nails removed and they caused her a tremendous amount of pain! Even after she was so upset and didn’t want to go through with it they told her just to not worry about it it would be over before she knew it. They didn’t soak her nails they didn’t do anything to her nails except shove a new nail tip under her existing nails to rip it off the nail bed! VERY poor service! Would not recommend them ever!
So relaxing! Clean environment and my nails look great!! Definitely will be back.
