Ok Star Nails, I am going to give you 1 more chance to keep my business and then Im done. Been a loyal customer for many years but twice in the past 4 visits the front desk girls have "forgotten" about me or "accidentally" passed me over. When discussing this with several friends I found out this is a re-occuring issue that has also happened to them as well. Went with my friend to get her nails done (we had an appointment), waited over an hour while people who were just walking in had been taken before us. the tech who did my friend’s nails had gotten up multiple times to do whatever, and also sat on his phone on multiple occasions during the appointment. this was her first time at this salon.
went in this afternoon for a new set and was very pleased to get seated right away seeing it was a Saturday afternoon. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted or close to anyways and she said sure we can try. Seriously the nicest and funniest nail tech I ever had (heather) I just LOVED her. I have been going to another salon. I recently broke my nails and needed someone to fix them quick. Hailey did a amazing job and made them look better than before! I will now be coming here to see Hailey from now on! She did a amazing job!! I highly recommend this place. The salon was very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.
