I am so DISAPPOINTED with the bad service of the employer , his name is STEVE. I went in to get my nail fixed he already since the beginning had an attitude. After he did really bad nail service, the nail shape does not look exactly like the other ones really ugly and thick. And let me tell you when he was putting nail polish on my nail there was a section in the side that didn't have no color so I showed him here you need to put nail color here. I've been going to see Jessica for awhile now and I have to say she is phenomenal! Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is also much fun and nice to talk to. She also gives me her honest opinion on if my nail ideas are a good idea or a bad idea. Today I took my mom to the salon and Kyle did my moms nails, he also did an amazing job! So thought I would give this place a try. What a joke. Yeah sure they are busy. So Iwhen i sign in i see there are people with no appointments like me, they get called I am told 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later I am still sitting there. Several people walk in and are taken after me, I hear them say, no appointment. Wth, because I'm new, I get put to bottom. So I walk up to ask a question . I notice the sheet I signed in on is gone!!! Obviously they skipped me!! Never going here . Poor service and there were 4 of them working... read more
Samantha does a wonderful job! I'm very pleased with my nails each time she does them.
I luv Star nails, been going there since I moved to this area in 2009. Always great service and friendly staff.
Their level of quality is always consistent. They're clean and their polishes aren't thinned out with acetone like at so many other places. They're always busy and yet the wait time is never very long. No one does nails better!
