Why is this place packed? Mine and my cousins pedicure was garbage, cold water, cold towels (yuck!) lumpy paint job. The tech was nice. That was it.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I called for a price on a service they told me one thing. Then they started filing and working on my nails and told me oh it's actually twice the cost. When I asked about why they said it was one price on the phone she said she was confused. A good business would honor the price they said. Instead I walked out with half filed down nails. I will never step foot in here again
A four car accident on Rt 59 caused me to be 5 minutes late. I called and let them know. I walk in 3 minutes later and was told they canceled my appointment. This after the new line they are using of no chip chipped and cracked on ALL my nails after 8 days! Beware the new line they are using. No longer a loyal customer after 3 years.
My teenage daughter frequents here and in the latter part of our experience they don't stick to appointments that well, every design she wants they never can do it, she went there once for a fill in a pedicure and no one ever came to service her for the pedicure. I have never been a fan but always caved in because she wanted to go. Finally she realizes that a paying service requires good service and we won't spend another dime there. I will not be back. Not a friendly place and the pedi was nothing special.
I visited Star Nails for the first time yesterday and, as I waited for my daughter and niece, decided to get a manicure. I did the Signature Star Nail manicure with the no-chip and it worked wonders on my hands. Mine tend to chap and split and now I have the softest hands around. I just dropped in and had a 2-3 minute wait. Great service, friendly and helpful staff and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them and ask for Vivian!
