When we arrived to Emagine, Royal Oak, the front ticket counter was shut down and we were directed to purchase tickets at the concession counter. There were 3 people working behind the counter but one of the people were helping one of the other so there were really only 2, which made the wait even longer. People were purchasing concessions and their movie tickets. There were computerized kiosks for ticket purchasing but people were having difficulty using them so they were giving up. I would have definitely liked to give my movie experience there 5 stars, but for these reasons it's a 4! My Son and I attended Emagine Royal Oak on 9/18/16 to see Don't Breath! We arrived early only to circle the parking lot several minutes waiting on a spot, (mind you that we had to pay for)! Finally getting into the Theatre to purchase our tickets/and parking spot, (the young man at the counter was extremely professional I might add). What an awesome theater. One of the nicest, cleanest theaters around. My new favorite place.
The only Emagine Royal Oak theater is the movie theater to go see a movie in a comfortable surrounding area where you can have a drink, bowl, and rent a hall for any up coming events! The Emagine Royal Oak theater has it all! I don't go to another movie theater to see a movie!
