Love it! They even have closed caption devices for hard of hearing / deaf people in most of the movies! I love that!!! The services and the people are great!!!
So is it possible to do negative stars? One of the worst theater experiences. From the box office, who didn't seem to want to be bothered, to the rude and clueless staff at the concession stand. Having never been to an emagine I surely won't recommend this to anyone. They get your Pop wrong you get attitude. Forget something your ordered. They don't want to be bothered. People are pushing for minimum wage to be raised, after my experience today, this staff is completely over paid
I work here as an in seat service waitress, and yes sometimes it may be a little crazy, but that's how any movie theater can be, especially with big premieres. The food is delicious, and the building is very clean. The employees are all wonderful, and they all work very hard to please their customers. The managers though, are the ones who need the gratitude. They are all amazing, hardworking people who deserve to be treated with utmost respect and kindness.
