I LOVE the Emagine Theater Royal Oak!!! I love the way I can buy my fix Online in advance. So much better than running for a good seat! The service was GREAT! Loved the Reclining Seats. Will be back to try out the Bowling soon!!
This is the only theatre I go to... I love everything From the seats to the service!!
I came to see ghostbusters with my husband, daughter and her friend. 10 minutes into the movie my daughter didn't feel good so we went and sat outside the theatre while the other two finished watching. While we were waiting one of the staff came and asked if we were okay. I explained what had happened and he told me to go to the concierge and they would refund our tickets. This theater is hands down better than Southfield Star. The staff is warm and accompanying all of your needs. This place is great.
Nice theater. Good seating. Parking was a challenge.
Was there last night for a screening and was not told beforehand about paying for parking. I went to move my car and was then told in order to get free parking with my rewards i would have to park my car on the second level of the parking garage.i normally do not park in parking garages after dark when I am alone. You need to advertise the parking enforcement on your website better. Plus the wait at the concession stand was very long and the staff was not very friendly.
