The massage itself was great, however the experience was horrible. We purchased a 90 minute massage from Groupon, we only received only 60 minutes. They tried to tell us we were in the room for 82 minutes. On top of that they expected us to give a 20% tip.(who does that) ? When your service is horrible,and you argue with the customer ( who does that)? We will not be going back to patronize their business.
Mary was an amazing masseuse! I was so thoroughly relaxed that there were times I had to wake myself up in order to enjoy the entire massage! She was friendly, kind, respectful and provided the best pressure for relief!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
