This was my first time at star foot spa and it was fabulous. The atmosphere the employees and the massage were great. I believe the name of my massage therapist was Billy and he was very mindful to make sure if he wasn’t doing anything too hard o this was my first time at star foot spa and it was fabulous. I love this place and Michelle was outstanding I did the 90 minute combo I’ve had a few different therapist they are all outstanding I don’t understand these negative reviews I absolutely love this place... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yes they are friendly ... but need to speak in English...
I am a member. a 2 hour foot massage is $38 full price. They have a sign on the wall stating $10/tip per hour of service. So it seems very rude to tell me that $25 is not a good enough tip.

Bring earplugs, the staff dosen’t know how to be quite while customers are TRYING to enjoy their massage
they lack customer service skills, they straight up refused me service . even that I had an appointment and was paid in advance. just excuses were made..dont waste your time
