I believe the name of my massage therapist was Billy and he was very mindful to make sure if he wasn’t doing anything too hard o this was my first time at star foot spa and it was fabulous. I am a member. a 2 hour foot massage is $38 full price. They have a sign on the wall stating $10/tip per hour of service. So it seems very rude to tell me that $25 is not a good enough tip.

they lack customer service skills, they straight up refused me service . even that I had an appointment and was paid in advance. just excuses were made..dont waste your time
