Very unprofessional try to force you to pay not $15 but $20 for a tip waited 1 hour after or appointment then therapist kept falling asleep and cheated us out 30 minutes of service time!ALL BAD A NO GO EVER AGAIN ❗
RecommendedI would recommend my therapist. But there is only one thing I’m not happy about when you give a tip, she asked for more! My thing is there is NO law that you need a mandatory tips or there is amount of $$$, to those kind of establishment. I guessed she needs to appreciate more because you don’t get that often to other people. The service is very good no doubt about it, but tips wise she should thankful to what I gave her!!! 😌

90 minutes whole body massage wasn’t worth the ($20/customer) tip the obligatory tip. We were two so $40. It was whole body supposed to be but most of the massage were focused on the body and so little time for the arms and feet. Towels looks old too. There were two restrooms but the masseur directed me to use the MEN’s. I had no choice because I’m about to pee. But this should not be. Not recommended.
RecommendedLou the massage therapist did a lovely job. My only concern is when you obtain a Groupon at a cost savings and a $10.00 tip is provided I believe that is enough. It makes customers feel very uncomfortable when asked for more of a tip. People tip what they can afford or what is manageable for them. Many people would not return when they feel pressured like that. Not good for business.
RecommendedMy husband and I went there today. The couples 90 min massage was wonderful. We went to leave and we going to tip them each $15 and they refused it and said that it was $20 tip for 90 mins. What!!! We ended up giving it to them but I wish I had read the reviews before hand. That’s not ok to tell us what we should tip!
This was a terrible experience. I have been here several times in the past and this time was ridiculous 1st we had a 90 minute massage that last 60 mins because they count from the SECOND you sign in. 2nd the washer sounded like it was going to take off out the roof 3rd someone came in and had a conversation with therapist RUDE 4th employees were walking around talking LOUDLY and 5th WHOEVER the employee is that's sick hacking up loogies needs to GO HOME
