Very bad experience, I asked for mini valet at the start and they said ok and started washing the car. After washing the other person came to me and said we cant do the inside for at least next 3-4 hours. I was stuck then because no washing places will clean the inside of my car without a wash and i had to either just pay them for the wash or wait. I paid for the wash and they were rude aswell. Be careful when you go there they are short staffed and take very long for simple wash.

We’ve taken both of our cars here before to be washed and never had any complaints until we took our Mercedes for a wash and MOT wash. Everything seemed fine until a few months later when we’ve taken the car for repairs and our mechanic has noticed the underside of the car has been sprayed with wax, that has ruined both main control arms of the car, with the other smaller arms needing replaced also from the wax seeping into the joints, letting water in and eventually expanding and breaking both joints.
