Excellent Doctors Surgery with friendly helpful staff. Doctors appointments are only bookable on the day. The dispensary collection area design leads a lot to be desired and hugely impacts the service provided which at times can be lengthy- it leads a lot to be desired.
Can never get an appointment. Always mess my meds up. They have lied for the past few days saying they only have 1 training dr on as the rest are on holiday. Yet when someone went down there to sort the medication situation out he saw 2 drs down there and had to ask them to sign for these meds that have been on a repeat for years . If he hadn’t of gone down their , and seen this dr the situation wouldn’t off been resolved. The receptionist there are stuck up, judgmental, rude, and give u different excuse constantly. I’ve have called most mornings trying to get a appointment for my 2 year old daughter but they can’t fit her in, there should be priority appointments for babies and toddlers im truly dissatisfied and disappointed which has pushed me to move as they haven’t helped me at all either. You Stanton surgery have let down a small toddler you have failed her you have not helped you have stressed me and her out You are a massive let down Do not use this surgery
