Please! Do not call Stanley Steemer! My moms bissel picked up more dirt a half hour after Stanley Steemer left. They sprayed deodorizer on my walls and on my entertainment center! My carpet was still so full of water it would squish under my feet. The guys that came we’re not presentable at all. Dirty ripped up clothes, smelled horrible. Terrible service.
RecommendedCarl did a good job in my carpet very professional courteous and understanding. The prices are a lil high and I don’t understand why they charge 65 bucks to clean one side of a mattress that’s a lil steep

Called SS to get my hardwood floors cleaned. Took a day off work, spent the morning preparing for their arrival. When they arrived the first thing they asked was had I ever put any type of wax on the floors. As soon as I said “yes” they said there’s nothing they can do for me and left. If they can’t clean floors that have ever been waxed, why not ask that question over the phone when scheduling the appointment?
