I am disappointed that the sofa and chairs did not get cleaner. Some stains still remain. I don't know if I will use Stanley Steamer in the future.
They cleaned two rooms and a hallway, Tim did a fine job and had a very pleasant personality
I have used Stanley Steamer for several years and only had one recall which was handled promptly and to my full satisfaction. All crew members have always been courteous... professional and do excellent work.
Our carpets are old, but they have not looked this good in a long time. The service person even took out a two year old dog stain. I was not given any pitches for more services and the amount was the same as quoted over the phone.
I had another company come out to clean my two recliners....they did a horrible job so I scheduled an appointment with Stanley Steemer. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and took their time in cleaning my two chairs, which came out beautifully. I also had my dining room chairs cleaned which look great as well. Kody and Ivan get a 5 star rating for their professionalism.
They did all floor surfaces, kitchen, carpets and large throw rugs. They moved furniture and did stairs. Two story house , S S did our floors 3 times this past year , the cost was justified by the through cleaning.
I had the living and dining room carpets of my apartment cleaned a week ago.I had not had them cleaned since I moved in 10 years ago! David, the technician arrived and was extremely polite. I showed him some of the worst areas of dirt and spotting and he pre-treated them first. He went to work and gave extra attention to the worst areas. When he was done, my carpet looked like new!
