I was appalled at the shocking level of customer experience shown at Stamford Vehicle Hire recently. If you Google 'Van Hire Oakham' and results give an Oakham Office address and Oakham phone number it is reasonable to assume that is where the collection would be. To be expected to 'second-guess' that the pick up, and drop-off, is in Stamford is baffling. However, that was not the issue.
