A nice chap came out and took time in looking at my roof repair work. Very friendly. I was the. Told a quote will be with me over email. To date I’ve received nothing. I’ve called 4-5 times and even messaged. I’ve been ignored. Why has nobody got back to me with a quote? If you can’t do the work, then just say so. This kind of service doesn’t inspire confidence.
