Rubbish service, took 3.5 weeks for a handrail to be delivered that is meant to be dispatch within 5-7 working days , no communication until I reached out to find out where my part was and constant delays to shipping/deliveries which exacerbated the problem. I was offered what I would consider a sub-optimal and also a more expensive product to minimise the delay which I found pointless. Great service. My order was ready in 24 hours so I was able to use their click and collect service. Lovely turned stair parts at a great price and even better that they are manufactured on site. I will definitely use this company again.
Quality product, looks great and when I returned some parts a back couple of days late, they didn't mind as I'd let them know before the 30 days was up. A very different customer experience to what I'd experienced elsewhere.
