Yet to receive my delivery. But very dissapointed to learn that my order will arrive 14 working days after ordering. Especially when they promote 7-10 working day turnaround. I queried when my expected delivery would be a day after my order was placed, and the advisor said potentially end of the week which would be day 10 or beginning of the following week which would be day 11 which I was happy with.
I cannot highly recommend this company enough. I accidentally ordered the wrong handrail and bottom rail to go with the spindles I chose and needed the correct ones sending out in time for my joiner. A 5 minute phone call and they arranged for the correct handrail/baserail to be sent out the next day which meant that my joiner could still do the job when he planned to. Fantastic customer service and a company which I would use over and over again. Thank you very much Stairbox!
Ordered online one evening by submitting my details, and received a design confirmation the next day. A few days later, the product arrived with a friendly driver. Really happy with both the product and the price!
We had a stair case delivered today and Martyn our delivery driver was fab, Very polite, efficient and helpful. Very good service all round,
