I always support local business and I believe in it. But what I have experienced with Staines Flooring I’m never returning back to them. They lost a customer and definitely never recommending to anyone. The experience started off on a decent note — I was negotiating some details and pricing with the owner, and after a bit of back-and-forth, we agreed on most of the terms. Installation itself was fine, nice chap did a good job. However, leading up to the install was painful and we almost walked away. Communication is horrific and should've listened to other reviewers. It was impossible to get through resulting in having to go in person to chat. The woman in the shop took days to respond to queries (I don't think she knows the important details), which almost risked us missing a drop dead date for us. Absolutely amazing. I would recommend to anyone. Andy and the whole team are very nice and so helpful. Andy came to measure, then came back with samples to make sure they matched our worktop, always calls back and available for advice. So pleased! The perfect people to contact for your flooring - thanks again 🤩
