Made an online purchase one evening, I somehow managed to mess up the delivery section and chose click and collect instead of delivery. They rang me before 10am the next day to help me rectify this. Customer service like this you don't come across often these days and therefore it's worthy of comment. Looking forward to when I can visit in person!
Great variety of products great staff
This little shop looks tiny but goes back ages. Every bit of home or garden ware you could want. Its not cheap but it is good quality so its worth it. They also do home delivery ... they were sp good delivering me a new fridge at very short notice a few years ago and were expert at negotiating the way into my flat.
Great shop, great stock but let down .by poorly trained staff in stocking, pricing and general manners. Would not honour incorrectly priced items nor accept the error
This shop is outstanding! If you can't find it at your usual store you will definitely find it here. If you are passing then go in and have a look around. Give yourself time so you can see everything. You will definitely return! Forget to say that the staff know everything and are lovely people.
