We are so unbelievably disappointed by the service we have received from James. We excitedly ordered shutters in December, choosing James due to being a local small business. James requested payment upfront due to the shutters coming from China, but assured us that they would be fitted end of February, latest March. It is now July and James is nearly completely unresponsive. I have had to take advice from Citizens Advice and every single deadline they have advised us to give this company has been missed. I agree with the previous post. We ordered our shutters in February having paid half upfront and as of today nothing, although previously promised and excuses and now we have also been ghosted. We are now in court proceedings. Please don’t use this company unless you refuse to pay the 50% deposit. Very disappointed

We recently had James fit blinds in three of our rooms, and we couldn't be happier with them. The blinds are quality and James is very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our rooms. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every step. Overall, we highly recommend his services and will definitely be coming back when we need blinds in other rooms. Thanks James
