I can highly recommend this amazing course. Sarah is a highly knowledgeable and passionate midwife who taught us everything we needed to know about being in control during our birthing experience. Not only did this help me but it also helped my boyfriend feel more involved and ready to support me with the birth of our baby girl. My husband and I completed the 5 day hypnobirthing course with Sarah before giving birth to our little girl on the 18/10/2021 (two weeks earlier than planned).
