Felt worse after assessment and tbh I understand why the suicide rate is so high in UK if this is the "help" that the services offer and people in need receive 1/10 service would attempt to kill myself again after talking to and dealing with them
Recently emailed this company due to their online referral not working. Didn’t acknowledge my email or answer my questions. Ended up calling which the staff , explained calling behalf of patient who has learning difficulties due to the online self referral not working. Which I had emailed In. Staff weren’t very helpful she advised me to go online, which I had explained on the phone I had already done. She didn’t believe me and tried it herself. Only ever get an assessment & never any treatment. Another waste of NHS money to massage the figures without actually providing any assistance. My advice, don't bother wasting your time, look elsewhere for help.
Dreadful. First time the lady was feeding her cat in the background and tidying her house. Second time told them everything was waiting for complex care then discharged from the service and told to use the autism service, they knew nothing about it. How hard it is to get help for OCD and anxiety? Never again don't waste your time it's more stressful than it's worth
