Best place to work out. Boot camp great. Feels like everyone is family. Pool fantastic. You can always get on a exercise equipment with out waiting.
This is my 2nd home i love this place and the ppl that make it up.

I love Stafford Boot Camp! I never thought that I would love to excercise, but they've made it a positive and fun atmosphere. Not only are the instructors nice and encouraging, your fellow boot campers are as well. If you're afraid that you might feel out of place and keep putting it off, DON'T, just go. I felt that way and so I put it off. I wish I hadn't waited so long. It doesn't matter whether you're going to lose weight, tone up, or just get healthy. It's for EVERYONE!
