Been going for about three years or more . great environment ! Been doing the 20/30 program and have loved every moment of it . the best thing about this gym is the fact that they are always bring new stuff to the gym . always making it better with new equipment and programs . very friendly place , my kids love it here.
Best gym I have been to in over 25 years of going to gyms. I have been to gyms in LA, Dallas, Ft Worth, Pittsburg, Longview and Arlington. They take the time to know the members, which makes it all feel like family! They are always ready to listen and advise when needed. First place I have been that has asked questions and even looked at cookbooks with me! Most places hand you a membership and that's it, your on your own. Not here! They care and show it each time I am there. Best two years!
Fantastic place with very kind people! If you're looking for a good place to reach fitness goals then look no further this is the gym for you.
