I love Stafford Wellness! The coaches are amazingly supportive
While I am new to the program, I have never had so much support. The staff is awesome and caring. I have spent my day shopping and preparing for my journey that begins tomorrow. I am looking forward to my new lifestyle. It's also amazing that people see your grocery cart and ask if you are doing 20 30.
I Love Stafford!!!I honestly thought a month or two of going to boot camp would be enough and I would be done,not the case!I love ❤️ It!Even though I'm pretty quite when at the gym,I feel as I'm with family.I see these people every day of the week.We push each other and just make everyday better:)❤️
