I love Stafford bootcamp!!! I finally have found something I enjoy doing!! I love how everyone is so positive and encouraging to one another!! Bootcamp is part of my daily routine now and can't be more happier!! Seeing the changes in measurement monthly makes me even stronger to continue to eat healthy and exercise! Thank you!!!
