Today was my first experience with boot camp. The instructor was awesome. She noticed that I didn't have a partner so she worked with me. I honestly wasn't expecting her to do that. I have a meal plan and I'm committed! Ready for a change and I know I'll reach my goals with the extra help from the wonderful staff. 🖤
