Had a very serious issue with my Nissan qashqai+2 when braking 3 years ago. Took it to 3 reputable garages, paid nothing less than £800 at each and they couldn’t rectify it. A friend of mine took me to Roberto. He fixed the issue as well as some body work issues. Haven’t had that braking issues again since. Absolute disgrace of a service. Please avoid at all costs. Even if you have to travel half way across the country. Threatening behaviour. Increased the price from the initially negotiated price . When I agreed to new negotiated price, he told me that he doesn't accept card and if you pay by bank account, you have to pay 10 pounds extra. Absolutely rude person. Doesn't know how to talk.
Please, do your homework before you go to this garage. They are absolutely dreadful, rude actually made the car worse. They are really rude, don’t care how they talk to customers and started swearing at me when I point out the poor workmanship. Honestly, local people I know told me the owner is someone who rips people off and only need take one look at this place and you will see what I mean.
